St. Brigid’s Day
On St. Brigid’s Day we made crosses using rushes. It was a bit hard at times but we finally made them all.
Buddy Reading
We did Buddy Reading with our buddies in seniors. It was so much fun to help out with their reading.
Maths Stations
We did our maths stations on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. There were six stations. We worked with Antonia, Ms. Hayes and Ms. O’Brien. We also worked at an independent station. We got help with money, multiplication and division.
International Women’s Day
On International Women’s Day, our class made projects on our inspiring women. There were so many projects and it was so much fun showing them all. I hope we do it next year again.
Pancake Tuesday
On Pancake Tuesday we went down to ‘Chish n Fips’ and we all got delicious pancakes. There were so many toppings like fruit, chocolate sauce and marshmallows.
Sink or Swim
We played ‘Sink or Swim’ with all the different topics that we have learned in Geography, History and Science. It was really fun.
Partner Drawing with One Pencil!
We did partner drawing with one pencil. We got into pairs and we got one piece of paper between us. It was so fun and funny!
Drama
We do drama with Karen on Tuesday’s. We are getting ready for our class play. For our auditions we sang ‘Scary Fairy’. It was so much fun. We can’t wait to find out our parts in the play.
