Junior Infants were VERY lucky to visit the local Crosshaven Centra to make delicious pizzas today. This term, we have been learning about Italy and what type of food is made and enjoyed there. This was a perfect opportunity to experience the steps involved in making a fresh pizza and getting it cooked in an authentic pizza fire oven!
The girls had a fabulous morning and even received a certificate for being a 'pizza chef'. I would like to thank Centra for having Scoil Bríde Juniors to visit for the second time this week. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was an invaluable learning experience for us and I am sure that the girls will not forget it any time soon!
